- Acknowledgement of claims within 48 hours;
- Informing you of the outcome of your claim within 7 working days after receipt of a complete claim;
- Paying death claims within 48 hours after favorable assessment;
- Treating all information submitted to us with confidentiality;
- That our staff members are fully trained to respond to customer service queries promptly;
- The development, implementation and maintaining of policies and procedures to secure public funds in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and Namfisa.
